Lotus Court can sleep upto 6 people + 1 baby and has two double rooms and one twin room which is themed with Disney High School Musical.  A travel cot is also available. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.  It has two bathrooms (one ensuite) and all bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

It has the luxury of its own private pool with spa which is not overlooked and can be heated at an additional cost.    A child safety screen has also been installed for the safety of your children.  On a clear night the fireworks from Epcot can be seen from the lanai.

There is a  telephone with free local calls, as well as free highspeed internet access (laptop not provided)  A no-smoking policy is in place in the home.

Heating of the Swimming Pool can be provided at a cost of £90 per week.

Heating is recommended between the months of October and April as pool temperatures generally fall below 75F.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1.Price Guarantee

As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid the deposit (or full payment if you wish), the cost of rental is guaranteed against further increase.  This guarantee is offered subject to our conditions of payment being met and providing no further amendments are made to your booking.

2. Booking and Payment
   1. Deposit

A non refundable deposit of £100.00 per week will be required to secure your booking.  Full payment of account to be remitted at least 8 weeks prior to your booking date.  A reminder letter will be sent 10 weeks before.

2. Payment of the Balance

The balance of the rental fee is due at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.

If Booked less than 8 weeks before departure, the full sum becomes immediately payable. 

A security deposit will also be required in the sum of £200 at least 8 weeks before.  This is fully refundable once the management company has checked the property and confirms no breakages and the villa is left in a satisfactory condition.  Refund is done within 14 days of departure.  We reserve the right to treat booking as cancelled if full settlement is not received by due date.  Deposit will not be refundable.

3. Rental Period

Check-in time is after 4.00 pm on first day of rental

Check-out time is before 10.00 am on the last day of rental

Any changes to these times will be made only after permission has been given by ourselves.  Without prior consent, early occupancy or late departure from the home will be subject to additional costs which will be deducted from the security deposit. 

4. Terms of Rental

NO OTHER PERSONS other than those on the booking form may be allowed to stay at the property at any time during the period of renting.  Number of people not to exceed maximum for property (8).  All persons on the booking form are responsible for the care of the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it.  In the event of any damages or breakages you should notify our local management company at the earliest possible time.

Glasses and crockery should not be taken out by the pool.  Plasticware has been supplied for your use.

Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed into the property.

A no smoking policy is in place in the property.  This must be adhered to at all time during the rental period. 

5. Cancellation

 If you do need to cancel your booking, this must be done in writing. Cancellations prior to ten weeks of the arrival date at our home will involve the loss of your booking deposit. Cancellations and the signatory of the booking form will not be liable for the balance of the holiday cost.

 

If the cancellation is within ten weeks of your arrival at our home, the total holiday cost will be due unless we can obtain a further booking for the cancelled period. *If we are able to obtain a further booking, your holiday cost less initial booking deposit will be refunded to you

     6.    Limitation of Liability

As the owners of the property we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness or damage sustained to any person or their property during the rental period or use of pool facilities, regardless of howsoever it may have occurred.

As owners we do not accept responsibility or liability for any failure of services in the home regardless of how it may have occurred.  However, in the event of a problem, the renter should inform our local management company who will endeavour to do everything within reason to rectify the problem.

As the owners we will not be liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following:- strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners or our agents control.   

7.      Insurance

It is a condition of this booking that all members of your party should have travel insurance which will provide adequate protection against delays, cancellations and loss or damage to your personal possessions or baggage. Medical treatment in the USA is extremely expensive and you should ensure that you are adequately covered by a travel policy that includes travel to the USA
