Our two adjacent 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath (2 En-suite), Orlando Holiday Villa Rentals (which accommodate a maximum of 8-10 per villa), offer a host of amenities not found at normal vacation home communities, such as:

As our guest, you and your family have automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include:

Your home at Fan Palm is absolutely wonderful; it was home from home for us but with lovely sunny weather! and a pool! I am going to be writing an article for a National Newspaper in England regarding our holiday as we went to Miami and The Everglades for a couple of days as well and swam with the Dolphins which was out of this world! Weekly Prices vary by season from 530 GBP to 660 GBP, including 13% Florida tourist taxes.
Pool heat is available for 74 GBP per week.
200 GBP Advance lodging deposit.
150 GBP Refundable Security deposit.
Less than 7 night stay requires 48 GBP cleaning fee.
Total rent due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
