This resort features a stunning clubhouse with a 58-seat movie theater, video rentals, convenience store, exercise room, recreational room, large swimming pool, kiddie’s pool, and ten-person Jacuzzi. An outdoor grilling/picnic area is offered next to the children’s gym and sand play area. Outdoor tennis courts and half-court basketball and volleyball courts all lighted for night time play. All clubhouse amenities are free to our guests. This up-scale community is gated and has a guard in attendance 24 hours a day. Shuttle services also available to all parks for a small fee. Our villa is in the enviable position next to the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
Our spacious villa features one master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, en-suite, 2nd bedroom consist of a queen size bed, TV, and family en-suite which can be divided into a private en-suite and the 3rd bedroom consist of two twin beds and a TV. All Bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The living room consist of a leather queen sleeper sofa and love-seat, 31" TV with cable, DVD, VCR, CD, cassette player and a home entertainment system with large surround sound speakers. Free DSL wireless internet service. Kitchen is fully equipped including full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the accessories you’ll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack. Our villa also offers full size washer and dryer and is fully air conditioned. All linen and towels are also provided. Our condo is professionally cleaned and managed, with a 24/7 emergency service. March, April, June, July, & August: $100 a night
September, October, November, & December: $90 a night
HOLIDAYS: Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week, December 10-January 2: $110 a night
ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE:
If guests are paying with a credit card, there is no security deposit collected. There is a hold of $250 until you leave on your credit card. In the event there is any damage Classic Management, Inc. will notify you that they will be charging the security deposit. If the guests are paying with cash, there will be a $250 security deposit due at the time of the balance.

Security Deposit Amount: $250.00 if paying by cash, check, or money order
Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid over the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in writing and sent to us within 90 days of the booking date.
Reservations cannot be held until the 30% reservation deposit is paid and the booking forms are completed and returned.
In the event of an emergency with the selected home, Hacienda Villa Taina has the right to relocate the reservation to equal or higher standards. This will be at no additional cost to the renter.
