The Home (sleeps 6 to 8).

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a spacious end-unit home. There are 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a King-size bed, one has a Queen-size bed and the other is a twin-bedded room.

Need space for 8 persons – no problem - the settee in the main room can open up to a Queen-size bed. Privacy is maintained by it’s own entry into the downstairs bathroom. This home has its own south-facing lanai, splash pool/spa.

Rental Prices The following rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Daily rates are pro-rata.

All prices INCLUDE the mandatory Florida taxes. A cleaning charge of $75 will be payable for stays of LESS than 7 nights. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Optional Extras Pool heating $15 per day.
