You will find lots of space to stretch out and relax in the great room, which features reclining leather sofas and a 50" LCD TV. You will be conveniently close to a wide variety of restaurants. Or perhaps you will choose to cook your own meal in your well-appointed kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. At the end of the day, you can cool down in your south-facing pool, or heat things up in your bubbling spa. However you choose to enjoy your stay, you will go home with wonderful memories of your time at Your Disney House.

Our rates vary by season. Our 2007/2008 rates are as follows:

Rental Policies
  • Our rates are subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
  • Optional pool heat is available for $150 per week/$25 per day.
  • Stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $95.
  • Our minimum stay is 3 nights; 7 nights during holiday periods.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
  • Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing.
  • The following cancellation fees apply: (a) More than ten weeks before arrival date - loss of deposit, (b) Less than ten weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount, (c) Less than four weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount.
  • Please inquire about possible discounts for longer duration stays.
