Our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome is located in the sought after 5-star community of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is a 24-hour secured, gated community that boasts a resort style Olympic pool with a waterslide and spa, separate toddler pool, billiard tables, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness room, video game room, sundry shop, and even a movie theatre. On top of all of this, it is located just minutes from Walt Disney World!


Our townhome has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area. The living area has a 42” television with DVD player. There is a King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have televisions. The home has a high-speed Internet connectionThe townhome has a its own private splash pool just out the back patio doors.  Our home is an end unit and the pool is south and east facing so plenty of sunshine through the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and we also have a washing machine and drier for your laundry in our home. Our home is, of course, fully air-conditioned.

Windsor Hills is located a couple of miles from Walt Disney World's entrance and closer to the attractions than many of Disney's own hotels. Sea World  is 10 minutes away, Universal Studios and Wet & Wild 15 minutes away. The  Gaylord Convention Centre and Orange County Convention Centre are both about 15 minutes away. For those who love shopping, Premium Outlets, the Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia are all within easy striking distance and offer all the best stores.  You will be about an hour from  the beach resorts on either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts and the Kennedy Space Centre is also within easy reach.


A great location for keen golfers. Mystic Dunes Golf Course is next door to Windsor Hills.  Falcon's Fire, Orange Tree and Disney Golf courses are also only minutes away.

There is a wide choice of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, mostly just off  the nearby I-192 These include the Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Applebees & Golden Corral.  There is an incredible range of styles for all tastes, such as steakhouses, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Japanese, French, Italian and Mexican. Nearby supermarkets/shops include Winn Dixie, Publix, Walmart and Walgreens. Of course, given our home's fully equipped kitchen you have all the facilities you need to make a tasty meal there.

Of course, you may want to take a break from the parks at times, so why not enjoy a balloon ride, rent an airboat and check out the local swamp, experience go-karting or go ice-skating and bowling. You can experience all these activities close by.  You may also be of a mind to visit the many museums, or just walk in the beautiful gardens of Walt Disney World.


Another nearby excursion is to visit Kissimmee Old Town and watch the parade on Thursdays.


If you enjoy clubbing, you will be well located for Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island & City Walk. You can also enjoy a great family evening at Arabian Knights or  Medieval Times Castle.


All in all, you will find it hard not to have a great time!

The following rates include the free use of all Windsor Hills resort facilities but do not include Florida tax of 13%.
Optional pool heat of $15/day or $105/week during Nov-March recommended.

A cleaning fee of $75 will apply to bookings of less than 5 nights.
 
Cancellations/Refund Policy:
4-8 weeks - 50%.
2-3weeks - 25%
< 2weeks - 0%.

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required for each booked week to secure the booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival at our townhome.

Rental Period and Occupancy:

Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date.  Check out time is 10am
or earlier on departure date.  Early arrival or late departure times may be
coordinated but subject to availability and additional charges may apply.   
The property has a maximum capacity of 8 guests.  Under Florida law it is
necessary that all occupants (including ages) are listed on the lease
agreement and only those persons listed will have use of the home and
the facilities at the resort.  Also, on occasion, it may be necessary for a
representative of our management company to enter the premises in
order to perform maintenance or repairs.  

Code of Conduct:

Guests are required to abide by the rules and regulations of Windsor
Hills when staying in the community.  There is no diving in the splash
pool.  No glass is allowed on the pool deck and children must be
supervised at all times when using the swimming pool.  The safety gate is
not a substitute for adult supervision.  For the comfort of future guests,
we do not allow smoking or pets of any kind on the premises.
