Set in a private gated community called Calabay Parc at Tower, the villa is newly built to a very high standard and is tastefully decorated.  The quiet community is set around a lake that features a fishing pier and a clubhouse  (to be built in 2008).

The villa itself is decorated and furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  The living space is open plan and has high ceilings which gives a light and airy feel to the home.  The villa is also air-conditioned to give you extra comfort.

There are 4 bedrooms - 2 queen and 2 twin.  All bedrooms have a TV, cable and DVD player.  The rooms are comfortable and private, giving you a perfect place to relax.  The 2 master bedrooms have doors leading out to the pool and have ensuite bathrooms.  The 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom.  One twin bedroom is disney-themes, so would be suitable for young children (or just young at heart).  For extra comfort, there are 2 queen sleeper sofas and a travel cot free of charge.

The games room is an excellent feature.  It is fully carpeted and has a table & 4 chairs.  It also boasts a pool table, foosball, air-hockey, darts and board games.

In the living, there is enough seating for 7 people.  There is a 32" HD LCD TV with a Playstation 3, blu-ray movies and games.  The living room has an excellent view out to the pool and to the kitchen/dining area.

The covered, heated L-shaoed pool and spa are a great place to relax and also have fun.  They are heated, so in the colder months, you can relax and unwind easily.  The pool is south facing too, so you benefit from full sun all day.  At the end of the pool, there is an extended patio area with 4 sun loungers to help you get that Florida tan.  The lanai is also a great place to sit as it is covered and has a ceiling fan to help you cool down.

Prices fall into 3 main bands:

1. low season - £370/$740 per week
2. mid season - £450/$900 per week
3. high season - £510/$1020 per week

To book, all we need is a 10% deposit plus the security fee of £100/$200 per week (maximum £200/$400)
