Please, take a minute and compare our rates to those you would pay staying onsite, you can't do better unless you stay at the campground, better bring your tent and bug spray though!   We offer far superior accommodations and amenities than the very highest end of the "deluxe" resorts, at a price less than the "moderate" resorts!!  Here's another "secret", we're actually closer than many of the resorts!

• Months marked with * have holiday dates within them
• 3 night minimum stay please / 7 nights during holiday periods
• Cleaning Fee of $75 added to stays of less than 7 nights
• Optional pool heat of $15/day or $95/week during Nov-March suggested
• Deposit of 25% required at time of booking.
• Full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• Cancellation: more than 6 weeks prior: 100% refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation: 4 to 6 weeks prior: 50% of total rental amount forfeited,
• Cancellation: Less than 4 weeks prior: Full rental amount forfeited.
• A security deposit of $500 (on a credit card) is required prior to occupancy, not charged to your credit card just a form faxed into our property mgmt. company
• All reservations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
• Please inquire about possible additional discounts for longer duration stays
• We do not offer any discounts during holiday periods

Payments

We accept payments via one of 3 methods:  (full details can be found at http://www.5mins2disney.com/payments.htm )

1.  Paypal, in multiple currencies.  You do not need to be a PayPal member.  Paypal accepts all types of check cards, credit cards, bank accounts, securely and online.
2.  Credit card via our property management company - you can fillout and fax them the form below.
3.  Personal check via mail, assuming there is enough lead time for it to clear the bank, this avoids any surcharges.
