This house has been individually decorated, painted and furnished to the highest standard. There is a 50" cable TV  in the lounge. There are comfortable reclining sofas to lounge in. The dining area boasts a large attractive table & chairs plus a buffet hutch. There is highspeed internet access and an international dialling phone service. The lounge has a ceiling fan + a modern CD player

The lounge over looks the pool area and is accessed via large sliding patio doors from the nook area. The nook leads into the full size kitchen with side by side opening fridge/freezer with water & ice cube dispenser in the door. Everything is supplied for your comfort during your stay. There is extra lighting in the kitchen

The sleeping accommodation is 2 x King ensuites, 1 x Queen with own private bathroom and 2 x twins both with own private bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV, 4 with DVDs and 1 twin with a PS/2, all have ceiling fans ceiling fans.

The garage is a games room with pool table, air hockey & dart board + stand alone fax

The pool area has a large BBQ, there is a large table and chairs + loungers. The lanai has 2 ceiling fans & lights.

• Prices start from $170 per night in low season rising to $225 in high/hoilday season

• A  £154.50 or $309 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

• The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival at the property.

• All quotes given assume payment by credit card - if you pay by check/cheque a 3% discount is applied.

• Minimum stay is 5 nights unless a cleaning fee is paid

• At time of collecting keys from our Welcome Centre, a $300 card impression is taken to safe guard against breakages or damage. This is removed within 15 days of departure where there are no breakages or damage. Where something is broken or damaged ONLY the cost of repair or replacement is charged to the card.

• Earliest entry time is 4pm on day of arrival.

• Latest departure time is 10am on last day unless otherwise arranged, at a cost of $56.

• Pools are used at guests’ own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools

• Please remember to purchase travel insurance to safe guard your vacation

• Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am on Windsor Hills

• Payment methods are via $ check, £ cheque and all major credit card

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida.

Where written notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:

• 42 or more days prior to arrival - No Charge
• 41 to 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of Rental is Retained, 75% Returned
• 29 to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of Rental is Retained, 50% Returned
• 9 to 1 days prior to arrival - 75% of Rental is Retained, 25% Returned
• No Show - 100% of Rental is Retained, 0% Returned

All bookings' deposits are non refundable.
