The Townhouse is luxuriously furnished and consists of three bedrooms all with en-suite bath/shower rooms on two levels. There is a plunge/spa pool (can be heated in winter months) which overlooks a beautiful landscaped area to the rear of the property.

The house is a short walk to the main clubhouse with its pool and many other facilities.

The Great room is comfortably furnished with sofas and a dining area with the benefit of a 50 inch TV, DVD and VHS player opening onto the pool area. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has all you will need to provide a full meal or quick snacks.

Sleeping accommodation includes a master suite upstairs with king size bed, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with roman style tub, a further upstairs bedroom has two single beds, TV and also has its own en-suite bathroom and closet. There’s a third bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, TV and en-suite shower room. A sleeper sofa is also available on the ground in the Great room.

Our friendly management Company can also arrange for attraction tickets. They will also hire directly to you child seats, high chairs, cots and strollers as well as barbeques.

13% Florida Tax to be added to all rates

10% discount for bookings of three weeks or more

 $80 cleaning fee charged for rentals less than 7 nights

 Minimum rental period  3 nights.

 To make a reservation a deposit of $200 or £100 per   
 week is payable (non-refundable)

 Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival

 Full payment required if cancellation is less than eight week before departure
