Full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellation: more than 8 weeks prior: 100% refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation: 4 to 8 weeks prior: 50% of total rental amount forfeitted,
Cancellation: Less than 4 weeks prior: Full rental amount forfeitted.
A security deposit of $500 is required prior to occupancy, promptly refunded if property undamaged
