Rates may vary. 2 night minimum stay. Min. Nightly Rate $140.00 per night Min. Weekly Rate $850.00 Minimum Monthly Rate $3000.00 20% deposit required for all reservations payable by credit card. Credit cards, checks and cash are accepted as payment methods for balance due at time of check-in. $80.00 cleaning fees apply to all stays less then 5 nights. 12.5% sales/tourist tax applies to all reservations. Full deposit refund if cancellation is received prior to 30 days of the reservation date. There is a $30.00 late cancellation fee charge for all cancellations received less then 30 days of the reservation date.
